How the regrind program works
A box on your shelf that turns scrap back into tools.

Get the Regrind Box
We send you a rugged Regrind Box, free. It's ours, you just keep it working. It lives right on the shop floor, wherever dull tools pile up. Dull tool? It goes in the box. Any brand, no sorting.

Fill it & send it
When it's full, ship it prepaid, or if you're on our route, our van picks it up. On a reliable schedule if you'd rather never think about it.

We inspect & grind
Every tool is inspected, then ground to your Grind Card, the specs you set once and we keep on file. Restored to original geometry, recoated through Oerlikon Balzers. Anything that can't be ground comes back to you anyway, unground and uncharged.

Back in a labeled tube
Sharp tools ship back within 14 business days of your go-ahead. For most shops, that's the day the box lands. Each comes in a fresh tube with a measured label, packed safe for shipping. You pay per tool, only for what we ground.
Built into every box
Your Grind Card, on file
One sheet, in plain machinist terms: minimum diameters, minimum length of cut, radius or square corner, coating or bare, and what to do with tools that aren’t worth saving. Fill it out once and we grind every box to it.
No phone tag, no guessing. Changed your mind? Update the card any time. One‑off job? A note in the box overrides it for that run.
Labeled so any operator knows
Every tool comes back in a new tube (if yours didn't have one) with a printed label:

Measured actual diameter, and corner radius. Anyone in the shop can pull it off the crib shelf and know it's been sharpened, know it's undersize, and know exactly by how much. No mic, no mystery.
No contracts, no minimums, no quote-request black hole. The regrind program is a habit, not a paperwork project: the box fills itself, the schedule runs itself, the Grind Card remembers your preferences, and your tooling budget stops buying the same carbide twice.
Straight talk
If we can't grind it, you don't pay, and you get it back.
Regrinding is honest work on used tools, and used carbide doesn't always cooperate. Some tools arrive too damaged to save. Here's our whole policy on that, and it fits in one sentence:
Every tool you send comes back sharpened if it could be, unground if it couldn’t, and you’re only invoiced for the tools we actually grind.
No credit formulas, no scrap percentages, no judgment calls. Open the box, count the sharp ones, and that's your invoice. Your carbide stays your carbide, ground or not, and worn carbide has real scrap value, so it's yours to recycle. If you'd rather not get dead tools back, check "recycle for me" on your Grind Card and we'll handle it.
Shipping's flexible too: the prepaid label is standard, but if you'd rather run your own UPS account, or need a box back Next Day Air, just say so.

Seven end mill prices, six drill prices, one coating chart. No add-ons, no asterisks. The price you read is the price you're invoiced, tool after tool, box after box.

Read enough? Send us your dullest box of tools.
No contracts, no minimums. If a tool isn't worth regrinding, it comes back unground, and you don't pay a dime for it.
